Captain Dan began chartering in 1983 when his Hobby-out-of-Control got the best of him! Since his first charter, he's built his reputation on his ability to find and catch fish when others can't. He's known as an innovator and pioneer in the industry and loves sharing his wealth of knowledge with others. He's the author of 4 books and 2 DVD's. Amazon readers call his books The Salmon fisherman's Bible! Dan as seen the fishery go through many changes and he's experienced wild fluctuations in the fish populations. Through all this he has maintained an unprecedented average of 17 fish per half day charter!
