Captain Dan brings a lifetime of experience and wisdom catching Salmon & Trout into the classroom. This highly visual presentation is a deep dive into all aspects of locating and catching fish. We offer two schools. Day 1 is Foundations 200. This covers the mechanics and execution of success plus looks at how to catch coho, steelhead and lake trout. Day 1 is is our Advanced Tactics & Seasonal Strategies School. This is a deep dive on steroids into everything you need to catch King's throughout the season including the most in-depth analysis of how currents impact fish migrations, boat control and much more!
Attend one day or both but many anglers tell us they get more out of Day 2 after attending Day 1
What's the Difference between Days 1 & 2?
Day 1 This school covers the foundations of Salmon trolling. Lure selection, boat set up, electronics, small boat spreads and how to effectively deploy the various applications and weave them into a small or large boat spread. We finish the day with spring ABC's to success. No questions are left unanswered!
Day 2 Advanced Tactics & Seasonal Strategies is a deep dive into how to locate kings, coho, & trout throughout the year. Learn how currents impact fish migrations & boat/lure control. We take a seasonal approach as we examine how to locate fish and which tactics & lures to use based on weather, season & time of day. Other topics include the latest meat rig techniques, offshore steelhead & migratory kings and much much more.
